This is a sample of the emergency information (picture left) that emergency medical personnel will see when they scan the QR code on your member ID card or access the associated link. The medical staff will see all relevant medical information and your living will. (You can see the entire living will under “Living Will Example“).
An important plus here is that the attending staff can translate this emergency information directly on the website into all common world languages in a matter of seconds (image on the right). This ensures that you are treated adequately all over the world.
If you want your own emergency information, go to the “login” as a member here, where you can modify the template as you wish. Or you can become a member “here“. Then you not only have your own living will and member card/blood group ID card, but also an individual emergency code.
